About these terms
These terms apply when you use electricfencerepairs.online or place an order with Electric Fence Repairs Online. By completing an order, you agree to the terms shown on this page together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Products and orders
- Product descriptions, photographs, quantities and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
- Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
- Orders remain subject to stock availability, payment confirmation and acceptance.
- If an item is unavailable or an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may contact you to offer an alternative, correction or refund.
Payment
Online payment is processed through PayFast. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised and the order has been accepted.
Delivery and returns
Delivery charges and available options are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by destination, courier operations or events outside our reasonable control. Returns, damaged items and refunds are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
DIY repairs and safety
Electric-fence work involves electrical and physical safety risks. Product information and videos are general guidance and do not replace professional advice. Always isolate the energiser and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. If you are unsure, use a suitably qualified installer or technician.
